Basile AW 72/73

In April he presented the third unified collection with the same five
fashion producers, again at the Circolo del Giardino, for AW 1972-73,
inspired by Marlene Dietrich and Wallis Simpson.
After the catwalk show he terminated his contracts with FTM
and the producers Callaghan, Escargots and Basile.

In this elegant sporty style that longs for years gone by,?Albini is unsurpassed,
as indeed he is in his research of all?the details from shoes to pearl necklaces,
brooches to hats,?gloves to bags, umbrellas, buttons to gaiters,
all these things?studied by the fashion designer with remarkable imagination.
